About Us

In 1999 Kelly Matthews started a web development business called Diva Design. She has since changed the name to WebDiva Technologies. Serving all of Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Kelly Matthews, Owner, has been involved in internet development for over 16 years. She has done extensive work on HUD's intranet and internet websites. She worked at large ISPs such as: PSINet and CAIS Internet. She has also worked on projects for, but not limited to: CIT Group, LEGO, Sony, Gateway and more.

Her skill set ranges from database development, custom application development, design, hosting, server maintenance and management, multimedia, web services, internet marketing, social networking and more. She specializes in custom development using Adobe's Coldfusion 9, MSSQL and mySQL.

Additionally, her experience as an independent business owner brings an added appreciation for sound business decisions which add to the bottom line.

As CTO, she will look for opportunities to meet the needs of business through greater utilization of today's technology.

Alex Layne, Network Administrator. Alex joined WebDiva Technologies in 2007. He has over 10 years of experience in the IT field.

His skill set includes networking, security, server administration, programming and more. He is also a guitar instructor and teaches locally in Berkeley Springs, Martinsburg, Hagerstown and Washington County.
